COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

COVID-19 vaccination will be a requirement to attend the University of Melbourne campus. If you are not vaccinated, you will not be able to attend the conference. Materials Australia takes no liability for people registering and being denied entrance due to inability to provide proof of vaccination.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your registration before 1st May 2022, a full refund will be issued.
   
• If you cancel your registration between 1st - 15th May 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
   
• If you cancel your registration from 16th May 2022 onwards, no refund will be issued.
   
• Please check in with your workplace prior to 1st May 2022 to ensure you will be able to attend. From 1st May 2022 onwards, the above conditions apply.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Tanya Smith, Materials Australia's Executive Officer on tanya@materialsaustralia.com.au.
